

I run full time business with a home office and have a 2 year old daughter. It seemed like there was never enough time for me to workout. By the time by husband gets home from work he is still working. I came across Fit2Xist Fitness and found out that they offer in-home training. So I would never have to worry about getting a sitter or missing my customers. Lisa is what I like to call “my portable gym with a trainer.” Lisa has been training me for the last 12 weeks and I have lost all the baby fat I put on, 20 lbs plus an additional 7 lbs. Overall, I have lost 27 lbs, gone from a size 18 to a size 10 and feel phenomenal with a lot of energy. I continue to have a weekly weight loss averaging between .5 lbs to 1lbs. I train 3 times a week with Lisa and love the results I am getting.


I chose to do the Body for Life Challenge but needed some guidance. I contacted Fit2Xist Fitness and they seemed like a great place to start my path to train for a great physique. Lisa developed my meal plans and training plans. I lost 17 lbs and 17 % body fat.


I was skeptical at first with hiring a personal trainer. I had been working out on my own for years and happy with my physique. I met Lisa at our local Country Club playing tennis. I had heard from other ladies that she has a private personal training studio (Fit2Xist Fitness), is a great trainer and a lot of fun to train with. On top of having fun with their workouts, they were getting great results that made them look healthier and improved their tennis performance. I lost over 16 lbs within the first 90 days training with Lisa. I love it!!! The workouts that Lisa prepares for my sessions are never the same. I am preparing for a big snowshoeing trip and feel that I am in the best shape of my life at age 55.
