One-on-One Personal Training
Our experienced Certified Personal Trainers will help you find the motivation to exercise and make fitness a part of your life.
Each session is 45 minutes long. Sessions must be used a minimum of 2 times per week. Package rates:
12 sessions, $720 ($60 per session) | 24 sessions, $1,200 ($50 per session) | 36 sessions, $1,620 ($45 per session)
Semi-Private (Buddy) Personal Training
Share your session with a friend or family member and save! At your request, we may also attempt to match you with a compatible client to share your session time. 45 minutes per session.
12 sessions, $540 per client ($45 per client per session) | 24 sessions, $960 per client ($40 per client per session)
TRX Suspension Training
TRX® Suspension Training® allows you to use your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train. You will be led through a 45 min full body workout that will increase core strength with every exercise. Minimizes compression of joints and increases cardiovascular conditioning.
Full 3 week program 2x per week, $360
Performance Tennis Training
Performance Tennis Training workouts will build your strength, endurance and quickness to excel in competitive tennis. These workouts are only 30 minutes per session.
$30 per client per session, during selected time blocks. Typical fees: 12 sessions, $360 | 24 sessions, $720
High-Efficiency Group Training (30-45 Minutes)
These intense 30-to-45 minute small group (3-6 client) sessions are suitable for current clients and experienced athletes . Prepare to be in constant motion! New clients must begin with 45 minute training sessions before taking part in this program, or have the trainer’s approval. You must commit to attending all sessions during a specific day/time block.

Individual Training Sessions
For clients who wish to train sporadically (less than 2 sessions per week) and/or purchase fewer than 12 training sessions, Personal Training is charged at the following rates:
In-studio, $70 per hour Consulting and program design, $70 per hour
Training at Your Home or Office
Within 80906 zip code: 12 sessions, $900 ($75 per hour) Individual sessions, $90 per hour
Outside 80906, a travel charge will be added, depending on the distance from our central location.
Personal Training Policies
- Personal Training Sessions are 45 minutes long, unless stated otherwise.
- To ensure your commitment, sessions must be paid for in advance.
- For all training packages, the minimum training frequency is two sessions per week. Otherwise, your training will be billed at the
individual session rate of $70 per hour. - I require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session; otherwise, you will be charged for the missed session. You are
expected to reschedule sessions within the same week to maintain the training frequency specified in your contract. We cannot
reschedule individuals within semi-private or group sessions. - All training packages expire at the end of the contracted training period. Use it or lose it — no refunds for missed or unused
sessions. - We accept credit cards (payment in full only)
