Hi, I am Lisa Bischoff and I have been in the fitness industry for over 14 years. I have always had a passion for fitness since I was little. I have always tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but when I was training for a fitness competition back in 2002, I tore my ACL and MCL. This took me out of training for a long period of time and as time went on I found it harder and harder to get back into my fitness goals. I worked in the professional industry as an Electrical Engineer and traveled full-time. This also did not help me to lose weight and get on a healthy track but the reverse. Before I knew it I was 220 lbs and no where close to being able to get back in shape to ever compete in fitness. Well, in 2007 I had a life changing experience that took me out of my Engineering field and allowed me to go back into fitness full-time and I love it!!! I am back down to 140 lbs and training for my first Figure show this April in Boulder, CO. In 2010 I competed in the “VPX Perfect 10 Challenge” and took 2nd place go check it out
